This is the longest 2022 Big Woods Brown County Epic Ride. The event is Oct 8th, 2022. Registration is on Bike Reg. There will be a sag location at Crooked Creek Lake, which this route passes 3 times. Note that this route goes through both DNR (State Park and State Forest properties) and Hoosier National Forest. There is a separate MTB permit required by both the DNR and Hoosier National Forest. National Forest permits can be purchased on line (note if you are registered for the Epic, your entrance fee covers you to ride Trail D on the day of the ride. DNR permits are sold at the Brown County State Park gate house.

Detailed Description
2022 Brown County Epic Route 61 Miles is a 61 mile popular intermediate route located near Nashville Indiana. This mountain bike primary route can be used one direction and has a hard overall physical rating. This route includes 14 trails. This route climbs 5,096 ft with a max elevation of 1,056 ft then descends -5,089 ft.
