You can see the full route, but stage starts and finishes are going blind. There will still be the same three stages as all past years, they will be of the same variety and flavour. No we won't be adding in any massive amounts of uphill timed climbing, but they might just be a wee bit.

Detailed Description
2022 FWS - #4 is a 7 mile intermediate race route located near North Vancouver British Columbia. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 8 trails. This route climbs 1,556 ft with a max elevation of 2,412 ft then descends -1,553 ft.

This trail desperately needs some trail fairies and some love: there is significant rutting from erosion; parts of it are quite challenging to navigate at speed. I broke my wrist on this run (THIS day), but on the 1st ladder - no fault of trail conditions... See you in 8 weeks, Fromme... *sighs*
