There will still be the same three stages as all past years, they will be of the same variety and flavour. No we won't be adding in any massive amounts of uphill timed climbing, but they might just be a wee bit.

Detailed Description
2022 FWS - 3 is a 6 mile expert race route located near North Vancouver British Columbia. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 14 trails. This route climbs 1,498 ft with a max elevation of 2,301 ft then descends -1,747 ft.
