Volvemos a pedalear a favor de la MTB PER ELLS PKU, PALAU SOLITA I PLEGAMANS.

En la segunda edición continuaremos sumando para que el proyecto del biosensor sea una realidad.

La PKU es un trastorno del metabolismo causado por el hecho de que el cuerpo no metaboliza adecuadamente un aminoácido, la fenilalanina, por el déficit o ausencia de una enzima llamada fenilalanina hidroxilasa. Como consecuencia, la fenilalanina se acumula y resulta tóxica para el sistema nervioso central, ocasionando daños cerebrales. El desarrollo de este dispositivo se encuentra en la fase de pruebas de la mano de los 2 organismos que llevan a cabo este proyecto conjuntamente: Hospital Sant Joan de Déu y La Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.

25km PKU 2022 is a 15 mile easy race route located near Mollet Del Vallès. This mountain bike primary route can be used one direction and has a easy overall physical rating. This route includes 2 trails. This route climbs 1,065 ft with a max elevation of 689 ft then descends -1,084 ft.
