This route is ORV/Moto, both 2 and single track, ideal for e-mtb or a strong traditional mtb'r. It starts and finishes at the 3rd Flats Trail Head just off Little Park Rd. It's a short drive from JG.
The trails are both rocky and smooth. There is a substantial bit of climbing (4.5 mi @ 10%) involved getting up Arts and to the top of Rollover Ridge, but the views are worth it.
For an added challenge, you can substitute the 1.3-mi Billings Canyon Jeep Trail for a piece of the Billings Canyon Rd. https://youtu.be/-3n__GmXSYQ
(It's much easier on an e-mtb than it was for those jeeps.)
It is also easy to shorten the length of the ride, using attached roads back to the trail head.
