This mountain bike only route can be used both directions and has a hard overall physical rating. This route includes 71 trails. This route climbs 3,624 ft with a max elevation of 5,043 ft then descends -3,303 ft.

A trilha é bem divertida, mata fechadinha com muitos degraus de raízes, algumas curvas em parede, outras fechadinha, vale atenção e cuidado no pulo, errar a ponte ali embalado é capote feio, iniciantes ir com cuidado.

Minha sugestão seria retirar do portão da Copasa, até a parte depois da Subida das Três Pedras e deixa-las separadas, e renomear para Trilha das pitangueiras como é popularmente chamada aqui na região em homenagem a Cachoeira de mesmo nome presente lá.
