Comienza el evento con este curso que introduce a los ciclistas en el campo alrededor de Tinajo y Tao. El primer día comienza con una pista plana en la zona de La Santa, proporcionando un calentamiento rápido antes de un ascenso gradual y rápido de 12K en el tramo de El Cuchillo a Tinguatón: una zona con rocas volcánicas en la arena, volcanes y un viento que nunca cesa. En Mancha Blanca comienza el descenso que lleva a los participantes a Tinajo, a través de una zona rural de viñedos y de vuelta a La Santa, experimentando una espectacular vista al mar a lo largo del trayecto.

4 Stage UCI MTB Race Lanzarote - Etapa 1 is a 27 mile intermediate race route located near Arrecife. This mountain bike primary route can be used both directions and has a hard overall physical rating. This route includes 1 trails. This route climbs 2,057 ft with a max elevation of 1,149 ft then descends -2,064 ft.
