7th to Expresso to Lower Ladies is a 6 mile popular intermediate route located near North Vancouver British Columbia. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 39 trails. This route climbs 1,556 ft with a max elevation of 2,540 ft then descends -1,572 ft.

7th Secret	Nov 11, 2023 @ 1:41pm Nov 11, 2023	A river runs through it! VERY VERY WET; LOTS of big puddles; some of the skinnies that straddle the puddles are a hit submerged. Rocks are all grippy though.
