Trail Sandy Wash
Beginner/intermediate perspective. Rate it 4/5. Flowy and fast with rock features. Just like Homestead, Sandy Wash is marred by loose gravel. Getting towards the bottom, there is an option to make a hard right and rejoin the main road. Continue straight to stay on Sandy Wash and complete the trail.

Beginner/intermediate perspective. Rate it 4/5. Fast flow with nice small rock features and rolls only interrupted by an easy climb in the middle of the trail.

Trail Baldy
Beginner/intermediate perspective. Although shorter by .2 or .3 miles than Gashouse, I would climb Gashouse everytime since they lead to the same place. Baldy has steeper grades and more rocks making for a harder, slower climb.

I do not know why but they have cleared cut all of the trees on second half of the trail. The trail is completely exposed and will be washed away after the first big rain. Used to be a fun trail but no more. I would like to know why.

Trail Baldy
FYI, the northernmost section of this trail is incorrectly named.
The section that runs NE for 0.6 miles is actually the continuation of Gashouse Gulch Trail, labeled as only "Gashouse" on the tral signs.
COMBA and USFS is working to correct on signage.
