A Full Penguin is a 4 mile intermediate race route located near Penguin. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 8 trails. This route climbs 423 ft with a max elevation of 515 ft then descends -421 ft.

Treats the elevation well (quick climb from the car park to the start and quick climb from end back to the car park). Features are fun, and there is a bit of flow as well
