What's the best direction to ride this trail?

Pretty fun headed north (downhill), but would be a bitch to climb back up.

Trail Bull Pen Trail
Nothing that special I would skip this trail next time. Dusty and chunky, not horrible just more fun trails in this area ie Grouse Ridge.

So most of this climb is on an overgrown fireroad / double track (i was expecting it to be much harder and more technical). It is quite dusty from horse use. The climb itself for the most part is not that technical just a slog. Once you reach the top you get a nice view and the single track begins. The downhill is loose and semi steep but I don't think it is DOUBLE BLACK hard more single black hard. After the downhill the remaining uphill single track is harder than the majority of the double track climb. I posted a video titled 'grouse ridge' gives you a sense of the downhill.

Incredible view once you reach the top. Then from there you start a super rocky, loose, and technical downhill that is a lot of fun. The lakes are amazing in this area.
