The portion of the trail between Pinchot Cabin and the central parking area is super fun. The remainder heading south towards the Rim is Considerably more difficult. Only the strongest riders will avoid multiple Hike a Bikes.

Disagree with rating. I’ve done the section from Pinchot cabin to the FR139a and it is more intermediate with a few technical sections

Actually It really fun trail. Not technical at all huge fern covered metals that you ride through beautiful scenery old cabins finishing on the edge of the mogollon. Turn your bike around and do it all on a downward grade

Trail is open, but the washout on FS95 still exists. A path down/up has been worn in, use caution when traversing.

Explore around the top of the natural spring at Aspen cabin. There's a geocache with some cool stuff.
