 This is likely stating the obvious, but the singletrack portions are awesome, especially the singletrack before Box Canyon Rd. The road sections have beautiful views, but they are dirt roads. Unfortunately a large portion of the loop is made up of dirt road, rather than singletrack. If you only want only awesomeness with less mileage, do an out and back on all singletrack.

Section 5 coming out of Kentucky Camp has tall grass overgrowth. Not a threat to passage just annoying when you can't see the rocks.
