Good riding conditions - trail is well maintained. Only downsides: (i) occasional horse apples on trail - but easily avoidable; (ii) a few soft dirt spots but siding on the edge of the trail helps; (iii) creek has water in it - all crossings can be ridden but you may get muddy. Not crowded (especially for a perfect Sunday). Only encountered a handful of hikers and one couple on horses.

Had to find new path as bottom section of trail has been washed out by flash floods. Once creek dries up, a new path can be established.
