After Work Special - Seymour is a 7 mile popular expert route located near North Vancouver British Columbia. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 10 trails. This route climbs 2,379 ft with a max elevation of 1,822 ft then descends -1,367 ft.
