This is my favorite trail run in Valley Vista. I prefer using the Giddy Up trail so that I don't have to worry about mountain bikers coming up behind me. The Cowley's Curse uphill trail for bikes is a nice gradual downhill that is easy on the knees and you can see the bikes coming. Some will note that the run goes down the mountain biking climbing trail. The directional trails at Valley Vista are suggested directions, and it is easy to step out of the way of a slowly climbing bike.

This makes for a hard cardio up, and relaxing jog down.
