Partenza piazzetta del borgo antico di Solva
Dopo una salita asfaltata lungo la strada panoramica Solva - Cavia si giunge al Santuario di nostra Madonna della Guardia e si imbocca un single track facile con poca pendenza e molto panoramico.
In seguito si affronta una breve salita e un tratto sterrato e si imbocca un sentiero a picco sul mare denominato "sentiero al sole" che porta nuovamente sulla panoramica Solva - Cavia.
Dopo una breve salita si affrontano alcuni tratti in discesa della vecchia mulattiera per Solva che permette di raggiungere il punto di partenza.

Alassio - Percorso S1: La torre di Adelasia is a 9 mile popular expert route located near Alassio. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a hard overall physical rating. This route includes 7 trails. This route climbs 1,901 ft with a max elevation of 1,714 ft then descends -1,860 ft.
