Partendo da Alassio, si risalgono 3 colline e si incontrano 9 sentieri. Si parte da Alassio, si sale dalla Porta del Sole e qui comincia il divertimento. Un panorama mozzafiato con mare da una parte e colline dall'altra. Altri sentieri sulla colla Micheri e poi via per la seconda collina. Risalita da Conna, un paesino sopra Andora. Ci si immerge nel bosco secondo una parte del circuito di Mirco Celestino e si raggiunge il quadrivio che porta ai trails sopra a Cervo. Dopo un saliscendi trialistico, San Rocco è la prossima tappa, un trail davvero divertente. Raggiunto San Bartolomeo si pedala fino a Diano Marina, per risalire la terza collina. Qui il nostro ultimo trail "I Maiali", un sentiero tosto, in mezzo alle bocce e con diversi salti. Ritorando in paese la via del ritorno è sulla strada principale.
Le risalite e gli attraversamenti dei Comuni sono su strada asfaltata.
Un giro che merita, i trails sono molto differenti l'uno dall'altro. E' consigliato un buon allenamento e buone capacità discesistiche
