The new beginner friendly intermediate Fast Money will be open in 2021. As of August 2021, the upper section is open, this route provides a way to moderately climb to the summit of Maryland Mountain and have 2 downhill trails.

Start at the Hidden Treasure trailhead, cross the bridge and head down the Historic Gilpin Tramway. This isn't the most exciting trail since it's an old railway, but it's scenic and is a nice warm up. Turn right on Easy Money, take Easy Money all the way to the Fast Money/Hard Money intersection just below the summit of Maryland Mountain. Fast Money peels off to the left, hit this first. This trail is fast and rollable without many rocks. You'll end up back on Easy Money. Take a left, and climb the short distance to Claimjumper. Claimjumper is more rowdy and technical than Fast Money and there's a few advanced alt-lines thrown in for good measure. At the bottom, turn right on Paymaster and climb back up Easy Money. This time, take Hard Money back down to the tram and to the parking area.

Trail Hard Money
Rode this trail a few times this fall, and it’s clear that it’s seen some maintenance. Thank you BMA! Such a fun trail.

More tech compared to Fast Money, also less populated. Get the corner pants ready, tons of tight turns.
Get link to paymaster as well

Trail Fast Money
Beginner/intermediate perspective. I rate it a 4/5. Nice flow and fast berms although I felt some of the features and jumps were awkwardly placed most likely so that they would be optional for riders who didn't want to hit them.

Trail Easy Money
Beginner/intermediate perspective. Easy-ish climbing trail with a few spots towards the end that could catch beginners off guard. There's a short downhill section in the middle of the trail that breaks up the uphill.

Really just an extension of the Historic Gilpin Tramway. Great, mellow trail to get to Easy Money.

Easy climb with a little more sun exposure as it is mostly south facing. Wholeheartedly recommend this as the climb to get to the top over Millsite.

It's a fine beginner trail. My spouse seems to enjoy it so I ride it with her, but really after the first junction it's a green flow trail. Should be named not too fast money.

Steep, dusty, blown out, a little sketchy, but still fun. Make sure your brakes are sorted

Great, easy climb with a fun downhill around the other side. Good tree coverage and runs along a stream for a nice cooldown if u do the full loop.

Trail Fast Money
This is one of the best built trails on the Front Range. Incredibly well built and a great trail to dial in your bike handling skills. This is THE trail for working on berms, cornering, jumps, pumping, and transitions. Major kudos to the trail builders.

Spencer is correct. This trail needs some serious maintenance. Many of the sections are getting blown out and loose as marbles. The majority of the trail ia in good shape but it really does need some work and rock armoring in spots.

I can see how this would be tons of fun when properly maintained, but it's really blown out as of November 2021. Still a cool trail though.

^if you’re lapping with an e-bike why does it even matter which way you climb? Bahahah

Superb trail though, and they’re currently adding more line variants.

Finished down to paymaster although the section between easy and paymaster is still very new and loose. Overall fun trail, although some of the jumps are awkward dips to lips, but I’d guess they’re still not done building it.

Best DH trail near Denver. More fun and flow than Floyd Hill (although FH is pretty awesome too). If you're lapping with an e-bike I recommend riding the Tram Road all the way to Easy Money. Smoother and faster climbing that way.

Super well built trail with more fun options and sneaky pops and doubles than any trail I've ridden. Not just machine made smoothed-over stuff, plenty of jank along the way. We need more of these kids of trails!

Awesome progression trail. More difficult than Millsite, less difficult than Hard Money. Tech difficulty is from it's rocky surface. Make sure to check out the booters before hitting them as the optional lines are a little gap'y.

Trail Easy Money
Please use this trail to climb to Hard Money, Claim Jumper and Millsite Trail.

The easy grade makes it a fast climb. Keep the majority of the traffic on the other trails DH so that people can fully enjoy their radness.

What a blast! Not as steep as Hard Money but still fast and fun! Plenty of flow to be had between chunky rocky sections and b lines

Such a fun trai! Fast and flowy with loads of chunky spots, smooth steep loose berms, armored berms, hips, jibs, and optional gap jumps. Very well built and a serious leg burner!
