Highlight: This ride features stunning views of the Alps with biergartens along the way.The majority of the route is singletrack, taking you through alpine meadows, forested valleys and idyllic farmland. It all begins with a trip up the lift in Davos to the top of Jakobshorn Peak. Don’t forget to visit the village of Monstein and its brewery, which claims to be the highest in the Alps. As you arrive in Filisur, a cappuccino awaits before the train ride back to Davos.

Need to Know: Although the route has a number of stopping points with good food, it's best to be prepared with ample water and snacks. Carry money for the train ride back to the start. More information on the trail here.

Alps Epic Trail Davos (IMBA Epic) is a highly rated 24 mile popular red route located near Davos. This mountain bike primary route can be used one direction and has a hard overall physical rating. This route includes 13 trails. This route climbs 2,601 ft with a max elevation of 8,383 ft then descends -7,455 ft.
