Weekends get crowded, and coming down requires a lot of stops

If you are going to tackle Park City and you are starting from the north end, this is a must do loop. The climb (or descent) on the west part of Flying Dog offers shady trees and fun bridge across a beaver damp and you make your way up to the top. It is also a ripping descent with fast transitions. The east side of the loop is more exposed to the sun, but gives the rider a rolling hills and open wetland meadows as you make your way around the Glenwild area.

All the trails are intermediate with many areas you could consider beginner, and makes a good ride to take relatively new riders out for a nice ride. I often see whole families riding the loop, though climbing up Flying Dog on either side requires good to great fitness, and is steep in spots.

Once you get to the Beaver Dam if climbing from 24-7 (Clockwise), it turns into a real mud swamp. Before that, it's great.
