Start trail at Tranquilitas reception heading out on the access road, before the main road, take a left turn onto single track. Trail heads around the back of the campsite through a pretty forest section and then out through the grasslands to the top of the escarpment. Enjoy the scenic valley view as you head along the top of the Creche and Tranquilitas climbing crags, trail is a bit rocky along this section.

Pass over the trail crossing to Trail X keeping the valley on your right as you head through the gully above the waterfall. Make a right turn where the campsite path meets and head towards the water tank (you can get a refreshing drink here). Stay on the trail that follows the rim of the escarpment on your right hand side passing the top of Hallucinogen crag. At the kerns to the Super bowl down gully, turn left cutting across the open veld and onto the main sand road. Stay on the road for a short period before turning left into the Tranquilitas entrance and along the access road, finishing at reception.
