Hay que estar en forma para hacer este recorrido, que es técnico y duro a la par que disfrutón, repleto de senderos, y con seis guapísimos bajadones que hay que trabajárselos con 1900 metros de desnivel positivo acumulados.
Hay dos fuentes de agua hacia mitad de la ruta, una en el km 20,5 justo al acabar la bajada del "Agujero de Ollo", y otra en el km 28 junto al regacho después de pasar Metauten.

Ancín - Metauten - Ancín is a 28 mile popular red route located near Estella. This mountain bike primary route can be used one direction and has a hard overall physical rating. This route includes 32 trails. This route climbs 5,860 ft with a max elevation of 3,107 ft then descends -5,858 ft.
