Quello che in estate è un giro escursionistico abbastanza semplice, in inverno può diventare (a seconda delle condizioni di neve) un giro per escursionisti esperti. Super consigliato, se non d'obbligo, quindi l'uso di ramponi/ramponcini e bastoncini da trekking.

Il tratto di roccette tra il lago/diga d'Aviasco e il lago Campelli in inverno è sempre ghiacciato e per superarlo abbisogna di piede fermo, sicurezza e, appunto, ramponi
