Sale verso Bugiallo arrivando a Fordeccia con il suo belvedere alla baita del Vikingo. Si imbocca quindi sulla sinistra la via dei monti lariani (vml) in direzione Dalco, superandolo e seguendo le indicazioni della vml; su questa parte di anello occorre prestare attenzione nel superare il valletto di un torrente, prima in discesa e poi in salita dai brevi ma verticali pendii dell'alveo del torrente (bici a mano). Si continua in sella seguendo l'evidente traccia in direzione Tabiadello, da dove inizia la facile discesa mista asfalto e cemento fino a Gera Lario.

La sezione pendente vicino al torrente è molto rovinata. Scalini mancanti, sassi smossi ecc. per il resto tutto ok
