Probably the best flow trail on fromme (can't decide between expresso or this). Such fun for intermediate/advanced riders to see how fast they can go and super fun for beginners getting into mountain biking, with low consequence features and virtually no tech.

Amazing trail. Great for all skill levels. A must-try when you go to North Van. Really flowy with a lot of jumps.

Great trail!!! Running super well with just a few braking bumps on a couple berms. Great trail for an intermediate rider and above. Not so much for beginners as it has a few features (wall ride, drop). Best flow trail on the shore!

Great blue tech trail, if you have done trails like bobsled and your wondering what some rocks and roots feel like I would recommend this trail as its kinda XC and not too steep but still lots of fun. Just be weary of going to middle griffen as it isnt in that good of condition now a days and has some very tight corners and even a non-roll drop(which you dont usually see on blue trails but is clearly indicated by the huge amount of scrape marks from people's gears and pedals). I would recommend taking a right and going down king of the shore if you are a more beginner rider.

Trail in great shape, although its voted green there are some parts that are blue. Great for newer riders just go to the left when you see the sign with arrows (right has two drops, one with and one without a roll down) and if you want a smoother exit take another left when the trail splits as to the right is the original exit which is still great but has a few drops and rocks where as the new exit (left) is super flowy and easy and takes you right to the parking lot.

Some of the new features look great! Trail is riding well. Sadly I lost my Trailforks hat on the trail today.

Not a Green, drives me nuts that people are voting it that. Clearly most riders have never ridden with a pure beginner or young rider on a 16" wheeled bike. It's a Blue Flow trail.

Lots of recent work. Might need a bit more in sections. Large drop has been blocked off for some reason and they added dirt on the first bridge (maybe to improve traction?)

You know how when you go for a breakfast buffet and, if you're like me, you reach for the bacon first? But you only grab maybe 4 or 6 pieces because there's so many other delicious items, like hash browns, eggs, and maybe even some prime rib? So when you clean your plate, and think about seconds, sadly you're just too full.
You know you'll be hungry later, and you'll regret not filling your plate with more of that crispy bacon.
Well bacon to a breakfast buffet is what Bob Sled is to Mt Fromme.
Go for seconds.

I rode it with my kids a few times the other day. Fast and fun trail as always. They definitely enjoyed the new exit (Bobsled Spur) more than the traditional exit (which has a few drops).

A good amount of work was done on October 26th by the Lynn Valley Bikes/NSMBA TAP volunteers at the bottom intersection with Lower Griffen. Very nice for climbing now!
