High Point

This is an east side classic with possibly the highest elevation riding you will get in Washington. Its a true backcountry adventure with some incredible alpine riding but it ain't easy. The preferred route is in a clockwise direction. You will be hiking with your bike for a bit after Cooney Lake. Lots of technical single track but you can open it up on the final descent from Horsehead Pass. Definitely a bucket list ride for the season. Due to the high elevation the riding window is normally from mid-late July to early October.

Pretty long day of pedaling. Super sick downhill though and great views. Plan on a full day of riding
