Ape Canyon / Plains of Abraham Full Moon out and back is a 10 mile popular intermediate route located near Cougar Washington. This mountain bike only route. This route includes 2 trails. This route climbs 2,267 ft with a max elevation of 4,566 ft then descends -1,071 ft.
