Salimos del merendero de la fuente San Marcos, por encima del Monasterio de Nuestra Señora del Vico, cruzamos por dentro del citado edificio para cruzar el rio Cidacos y tomar la vía verde del mismo nombre, hasta el cruce con la carretera de Prejano, que nos acercará a la vía verde de idem...la que seguiremos hasta su final, en la cascada de San Tuste, donde por un sendero ciclable subiremos a enlazar con la pista que va a las antenas de Cruz Encineta, primero por pista rota y con fuerte pendiente, y luego por sendero tecnico que nos baja a Arnedillo, visita a las pozas termales. Tomamos otra vez primero la via vede del Cidacos y luego la de Prejano hasta el pueblo, y por la fuente Pedro subir hacia el Bike Park. Gran trabajo, super divertido y con muchas opciones.
