Format

1. One timed run on all four stages (extra Power Stage for all E-Bike
categories

2. All athletes to follow official start list (penalties will be given in
accordance to State Series Technical Regulation - Enduro)

3. All riders are requited be at the Start line with their chips 10 minutes
PRIOR their official start time (allow extra time for collection)

4. U 11 category will be given
one shuttled lift to their first stage

5. All riders are NOT allowed to
use external assistance outside of designated Technical Assistance Zone (TAZ)



SCHEDULE - March 24

7AM - 10AM - Registrations & Chip collection (chips will be available to individual riders 30 minutes
prior to their start time)

8:30AM – Riders Briefing (compulsory)

9AM – 3:00PM – Race

12 PM onwards - Presentations (as categories will be finishing)



TECHNICAL REGULATIONS - Safety

Full-face helmets are mandatory at all AusCycling-sanctioned events.

A jersey or shirt covering the elbows must be worn as a minimum. 3/4 length jerseys are acceptable. Knees must be covered by full-length trousers and/or self-fastening knee or
knee/shin guards expressly designed for off-road competition.



For all riders who are eligible to compete in the Under
13, 15, and Under 17 categories, the following equipment is mandatory at all times while on track regardless of registered category:

• Full-finger gloves must be worn.

• Full-length jersey – jersey must cover elbows at all times.

• Knee pads and elbow pads must be worn.



AusCycling strongly recommends the use of the following for all
competitors:

• Neck brace expressly designed for off-road competition.

• Back and shoulder protection expressly designed for the purpose.

• Full finger gloves.

• Elbow protectors and/or long sleeve jersey to the wrist.

• Goggles that are expressly designed for the purpose

AusCycling NSW Gravity Series 2024 - Ourimbah is a 13 mile intermediate race route located near Wyong. This mountain bike primary route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 45 trails. This route climbs 1,948 ft with a max elevation of 723 ft then descends -1,955 ft.
