With the restrictions getting a little stricter, and the news constantly being full of pandemic, the success of the first Lockdown Challenge got me thinking it might be time to set a new challenge for riders to focus on.

This time there is a slight difference, with riders having the option to make the challenge as tough as they want to, ranging from easy to extremely difficult..

I’ve devised a route made up of 5 separate loops, all of which start and finish at the crossroads in Church Stretton. The complete route is a very challenging 100km with 2,700m of climbing, enough to test even the fittest of riders to complete in a single day.
The idea of having a series of loops is you can challenge yourself to do as much as you feel happy with, and you have the option to stop and get refreshments/food reasonably regularly. Church Stretton has lots of parking availability, as well as a number of pubs, cafes and shops to stock up in.
