There is a swamp forming in an old section of trail that was re-routed 10ft onto a rock spine but the area is filling up and riders are continually going wider and wider to avoid the mud.
Above is also a hazard as the old bench cut is breaking away and riders are sliding down the greasy bank.
Please avoid this hole section temporarily.
Climbing Route :
Right after the Turnbull Creek crossing (north of creek), spot the trail on the right, no, not the Jack and Jill rock drop line, the single/double track that heads up to Narnia. It isn't a good trail yet and is on the RATS agenda for this year. You are now on Narnia. Take a quick left and pedal on up. You'll go passed the bottom of Drops, climb some rocky bits (surprise) and eventually end up where YBR and Narnia kiss. You will recognize it easily enough.
At the point of Narnia and YBR's first dreamy kiss, you'll find yourself under some trees standing on some fine Penticton Loam (ie Pine needles). Narnia is on the left, heading slightly up grade, YBR heads downhill where the Rock Plucker was harvesting last year. Stay high and go up to Narnia. Enjoy this descent as you go past the bottom of Drops and reach a couple turn options. Keeping right will send you back to YBR right at Turnbull creek. Trailforks labels this as Jack & Jill Bypass.
