Floyd Fox is the perfect trail for beginners looking to get into single track riding. Cruze Valley Run is a slight step up, offering a downhill only flow trail with small table tops to start playing around with getting those tires off the ground. While Cruze Valley Run is a downhill bicycle only trail, Floyd Fox is multi-directional, so please ride in control and be ready to yield to your up-hill riders

Baker Creek - Beginner Flow is a 4 mile popular easy route located near Knoxville Tennessee. This mountain bike primary route can be used one direction and has a easy overall physical rating. This route includes 4 trails. This route climbs 548 ft with a max elevation of 1,100 ft then descends -546 ft.
