Trail Latigo Trail
As an adaptive mountain biker Latigo trail is a basic aMTB1 level, meaning no major obstacles or squeeze points and no support rider needed. This is a smooth flowy trail and can be done easily with an adaptive E-assist. If attempting to do this without an E-assist you would need a support rider to be able to make it through the uphill sections

Hawknest trail, either direction is fun and flowy. South to north is not strenuous at all as some others described. North to south, yes more fun and flowy but either way, we had so much fun in both direction…check it out, not technical but it is a great trail for all levels!

Trail Latigo Trail
Green like the rest of Latigo east of Alma School, no major features. May feel harder if headed NE/uphill, but it's smooth.

If your grandparents ever told you about having to walk to school, uphill in both directions, it's because they took Hawkes Next to get there. Rode it from the North, expecting a nice descent, like West Express, and did not get it. It is nice and flowy, but you go up almost as much as you go down.

Well built trail that has a nice flow and keeps you turning. North to south is my favorite (downhill).
