Bangor Woods great Intermediate Loop is a 6 mile moderately popular intermediate route located near Bangor Maine. This mountain bike only route. This route includes 19 trails. This route climbs 210 ft with a max elevation of 201 ft then descends -211 ft.

I usually call these types of trails “creepers” - just means rooty, rocky and you just creep through them! Not flowy, or smooth at all! Pretty much all the blue trails are very similar!!

Trail West Trail
Quick and fun beginner loop when done with the entire "blue trail" in the Bangor Forest. Watch out for people walking and other bikers as it's fairly busy every day. I like it best with my hardtail.

Gradual climb with little obstacles. Moderate difficulty ascending depending on your ability to mount and stay on the boards. Some boards have a lot of spacing between sections to catch your tire but its passible.
