The Day 0 Prologue course will be in North Vancouver and the sub-4km course is not designed to annihilate your race legs, but instead, to correctly establish your place in the start chute for our first Stage in the Cowichan Valley. It’s a chance to shake out your pre-race nerves and make sure your bike is race-ready while saving your energy for the challenging week that lies ahead.

BC Bike Race 2019 - Day 0 / Prologue (North Vancouver) is a 3 mile intermediate race route located near North Vancouver British Columbia. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 4 trails. This route climbs 454 ft with a max elevation of 696 ft then descends -194 ft.

Four trees down, November 11 one on Richard Juryn Access, to the south of Richard Juryn Middle connector intersection. This one got halfway moved to make it passable but needs cleanup. one on Richard Juryn Middle Connector, to the west of Richard Juryn Access intersection. This one needs a chainsaw for sure. Two on Serras, close to Cemetary end entrance. Both need chainsaw. reporter
