It’s a chance to shake out your pre-race nerves and make sure your bike is race-ready while saving your energy for the challenging week that lies ahead.

BC Bike Race 2019 - Day 0 / Prologue (North Vancouver) is a 3 mile intermediate race route located near North Vancouver British Columbia. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 4 trails. This route climbs 454 ft with a max elevation of 696 ft then descends -194 ft.

Literally roadside trail. Serra's is way better.

Classic north shore jank. Fairly popular with hikers. Viewpoint is nice.

Hydro did some bush mowing this spring and made a mess of the double track part of the trail. Mud pits galore.

Not sure if the rider responsible will read this, but I figured it was worth a shot. I was out on the Richard Jury today at about 11:30 this morning when a rider buzzed my wife, clipper her elbow, and knocked her off then did the same to me. Just to say she is now in emergency with a broken wrist - so thanks for knocking her off and not stopping.
