The Day 0 Prologue course will be in North Vancouver and the sub-4km course is not designed to annihilate your race legs, but instead, to correctly establish your place in the start chute for our first Stage in the Cowichan Valley. It’s a chance to shake out your pre-race nerves and make sure your bike is race-ready while saving your energy for the challenging week that lies ahead.

BC Bike Race 2019 - Day 0 / Prologue (North Vancouver) is a 3 mile intermediate race route located near North Vancouver British Columbia. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 4 trails. This route climbs 454 ft with a max elevation of 696 ft then descends -194 ft.

Tree down on old access road, approx. 4-6" diameter & too large/tall to move by hand, will need sawing. Didn't have saw on hand.
