Day three in Cumberland will provide a dose of undulating cross country and climbing single track rewarded by a series of fun descents. Everything in day three is shorter and more intense. Our start format will reduce significantly the number of riders in start waves as the first climb is very short. Trails include well known classics that we couldn’t get to the day before, a tour of the best trails up on Nikkei Mountain, and finishing through the fox tail fields of the Eastern Block trails. Cumberland is the wild west and the riding is as rowdy as the townsfolk are known to be.

Trail Lower Vanilla
Lower vanilla back online. Great views and fresh dirt. Get after it.

Trail Middle Vanilla
Note extensive logging as you meet even lower vanilla. It’s all clear cut.

Trail Middle Vanilla
Such a fast and fun trail! At the bottom take a right and take Short Line to Blue Collar.

Trail Lower Vanilla
Do not ride this section. Totally logged. Take Short Line over to Blue Collar instead.

Trail Lower Vanilla
Extensive logging operations affecting trail. Note red tape at start of “even lower vanilla”. Avoid.

Trail The Pig
Came back after a year to sadly find the first feature completely destroyed. Shame it had to go as it’s a pretty unique trail that just doesn’t feel worth it anymore

Trail Space Nugget
My sons and I live in North Van, however we get over to Cumberland Several time per year. The trails here are amazing. There is a nice variety of trails. I know it is a easier trail however Space Nugget is still one of my favourites.

Love this trail, it flows well and it has a half pipe sort of section where you wave back and forth through a ravine style area. Not difficult just fun!

Nice birms, couple little jumps and super flowy

Trail Old Vanilla
Fun trail, gets a little tight in the trees if you have too much speed. Makes for a great loop now that it's connected to shortline
