This is a permitted race course, not all trails can be ridden 365 days a year. Please respect Land Managers and Ride at Your Own Risk.

Day 4 will take you from Sechelt to Langdale, a 50 km day where the hoots and hollers will come throughout the day: from the first descent on BLT and Chapman Creek to the second on El Dorado and Rio Grande. Then it's onto Gnome and the final breathtaking plunge along the last 7 km... all downhill thru the swooppy, loamy singletrack of legendary Hwy 102, enjoy
