BCBR Sechelt to Langdale is a 30 mile moderately popular intermediate route located near Spruce Grove Alberta. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 7 trails. This route climbs 4,178 ft with a max elevation of 2,063 ft then descends -4,346 ft.

Trail Honeybee
Horses can do this trail, there is a small bridge and it can support equine use (best to lead your horse over, no railings but bridge is not high
