I'm not from Quadra so don't take my word on this.

Trying to hook together a few of the best (?) trails on the Island. Will see this weekend....

Trail Morning Beer
A pretty deep shade of black. Some fun rock rolls and a few features are extra zesty. The upper section has some techy uphill moves that I found annoying.

Nice mid-tech trail after logging road climb. Don’t miss the entrance - it’s obvious, but not if you’re enjoying the slight downhill and sweeping corner. (I had to backtrack a long way- duh)

Excellent trail. It just keeps throwing surprises and rewards at you. Flow-tech that keeps you guessing if the next move is left-right-up-down. Stay alert and you’ll be rewarded. Thanks to builders for clever effort.

A new favourite. Slow and unrelentingly technical, but still has great “flow”. Just enough traction, even in the wet.

My favourite trail yet. Well built technical features and rolls are strung together like magic. Good job!

Would not recommend if it's raining (especially in the uphill direction!). The trail is mostly smooth rocks that have been lubricated with some sort of slippery algae(?) Whatever it is, it's a recipe for zero traction.

Very creative trail indeed. And a fun one, too. All TTFs are very well prepared and in a good state. Flowy fun ending, highly recommended

I would say this is more of a double black diamond. Tons of rock rolls, roll outs aren’t great. Doesn’t flow well. I guess it just wasn’t my cup of tea. However, the views were great!

Really cool trail. Fairly easy climb if you take Deadfish to Lost Ryder and up. For you drop zone fans, there's lots of that that will challenge you and the ride out near the end is a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend more advance riders for this trail. I'm an intermediate/advanced rider and I found I wanted to walk around a couple of the drops. It was a wet day too.
