This is a fairly easy course for a beginner to learn on. There are a few tough hills(the Quarry) (Hematoma entrance)(Ale Trail has 2) a beginner would need to walk up/down unless they are very brave and have great fitness. There are two drops they will need to walk. One on Jimmy's Bluff and one on the Ale Trail.
