Start of Ralston Avenue in Belrose and get into Bucky's Single Track for a nice warm up, which will shortly become a more technical trail with heaps of sand stone stairs and even a proper drop roll, nice and safe. Get onto the fire trail to complete Rockies and get back to your starting point via Heath Track.
