A loop route that will take you on (down) both Green's Lick and Ingles Field Gap trails. Pay to play with a few miles of climbing, but well worth it for a good day on both of Bent Creek's best descents.

The climb from the parking lot is moderate; the forest road / doubletrack gravel of Rice Pinnacle Road and Nothern Boundary take you past Five Points to Green's Lick, a very fast, flowy descent with some technical rocky sections and optional jump lines. Climb back up to Five Points via Little Hickory Top singletrack to enjoy another fast descent in Ingles Field Gap and undulating flow of Wolf Branch back to the parking lot.
