Bergs Gård Trosa ligger nedanför den högplatå där samtliga leder förutom Farmors Flow-trail och Havsleden går. Bergsleden börjar på gården vid grinden mot kohagen,till vänster om Stora Ladan. Efter hagen och den inledande Mördarbacken fortsätter Bergsleden med motsolscykling. Bergsledens bjuder på fin gammal skogstraktorväg, stigar och cykling uppför hälleberget. Väl uppe på Birgers Berg börjar sedan utförsåkningen längs ”Delikatessen” Vi ber er en gång för alla att ta det nätt här och där på våra leder. Berg är stenhårt! Väl nere från berget kan du ta Traktorbacken ned till hagen och Bergs gård, eller vänster-höger och in på Södra loopen eller vänster-vänster och ge dig i kast med Berg-O-Dalbanans loop.
