Because of significant rain, wind, and flooding associated with Hurricane Helene, DuPont State Recreational Forest (DSRF) is making the following closures: All Single Track Trails are closed because of flooding, saturated trail surfaces, and the potential of fallen trees Hooker Falls Access Area (parking lot) is closed because of flooding. Visitors are strongly encouraged to cancel plans to visit DSRF during and for several days after the storm due to potentially hazardous conditions. Check the DSRF website to see when these closures are no longer in effect.
