Trail Rattlesnake
Trails real name is Betty
Don’t understand why the trail names got changed, seems like they used the fire as an excuse though.

Trail Rattlesnake
Why did they have to rename all the trails. This trail is called Betty

Trail Provo River Pkwy
Fun paved trail for a bike ride. It is quite long and goes all the way past bridal veil falls.

Trail Alta Ditch
Double track to single track then a bridge over a washout. Ends at highway..can walk down to park before Singletrack starts to link up to Provo river bike path

(5/4/2020) The trail is great from the rock pile to the ridge overlooking down into dry canyon. However, the transition to dry canyon is over grown and the trail eroding. I walked half of this section. It was beautiful and there are three washes that had avalanche snow in them.

Trail Dragons Back (GWT/BST)
Fun trail, but basically a double track most of the way.Climb up is difficult due to loose rock and some challenging rock gardens. Ride down is fast and chunky but nothing so difficult that my wife on an entry level Giant mountain bike couldn't handle. Due to the positioning on top of the saddle the trail is open for a longer season than other spots in the Timp foothills.

This trail is super chunky and steep. Very dangerous at some points. Defiently would be better as hiking only trail.

Trail Lacey's Loops
The east side isn’t nearly as overgrown as I expected and not difficult to follow when it does get covered by grass. Overall it’s a fun trail.

Trail GWT
I changed it to blue. The trail was imported from another database which had the trail added back in 2010 before the bridge. The exposure was really bad, and it was really difficult before the construction where it turns off to the old river bridge. But yah, I didn't realize this was still a black. I don't want to send families with little kids with that exposure, so I'll keep it blue.

Honestly one of the most fun trails in Provo canyon! Love it. Lots of great trail hopping opportunities.

It has been a few years since I rode this trail, but I was looking for an adventure so we gave it a shot. As others have said, it is severely overgrown. But it is also suffering from serious erosion, many washed out sections from thunderstorms. It is very steep in places and just not designed for bikes. I would estimate we hike-a-biked half of the trail, and I will never ride it again. Unfortunately there just isn't a good way to get up to the plateau above Pleasant Grove, all the canyons are super steep.

Trail BST Access
The parking lot was created as part of the scrub oak thinning project and I believe is there mostly for hunter winter access when the gate is locked during the winter. This trail was actually a old access hike trail before the parking lot was built

Trail BST Access
Although this trail doesn't have an official Forest Service sign, I doubt it is unsanctioned, since there is a whole parking lot apparently devoted to it as a trailhead.

Trail Lacey's Loops
The east side of the trail is extremely overgrown and fairly technical. I definitely recommend taking the west side from the BST to the bigger loops, then getting off this trail before you hit the east side.

Trail Luna's (Pole Cyn)
Reasonable trail. It does have some decent size bumps in the trail, but a lot of them are placed right before a turn so you have to be careful about taking any air off them. The trail was fairly overgrown so it was difficult to see what was coming next, but besides that it was a pretty good trail. Definitely better than some of the other trails in the area.

Trail Lacey's Loops
Best access is to park at the BST access north of the loop. I enjoy riding on the west side of the trail. The east side (the one on the same trail as the black) is not as kept up and significantly more technical.

Severely overgrown and not ridable in places. If you are trying to get to big baldy climb up/descend dry canyon instead.

Trail Lacey's Loops
Any more info on how to access etc? Or a description?

Great as a descent as well, although watch your speed on the tight turns as there is two-way traffic.

This has potential, but is it really a trail, yet?
