The start of Punk Rock, as well as the start of AF line have steeper roll ins that could be considered double black.
Little lap hitting all the best descents and features of Radar Hill while, avoiding the jankier climbs and flat trails. Under one hour for most riders, repeat as required. Suitable for anyone who is pretty comfortable on single black downhills.
Route description: Park at the yellow gate on the Gold River highway. Proceed around the gate and up the logging road. Find the entrance to "Rock Me" and pedal up this bi-directional trail. At the end, turn right down a rock roll and then up "Southside Deli". This trail has a few short downhill sections but is overall a climb. Proceed until the start of "Punk Rock". This is a fun short downhill trail that starts with two steeper rock rolls and then mellows out, with a few berms and small jumps. The trail ends on the tower road - turn right and stay on the main road up the hill. After one left hand switchback you will reach the radio tower at the top. The entrance to "AF line" is straight ahead, by a small stair set under the tallest tower. This trail ends back near the start of "Rock Me", with an optional larger drop. Roll out on "Highway 28" back to the gate.
