Mellan Brattfors och Jädraås går leden längs på den gamla banvallen efter DONJ (Dala-Ockelbo-Norrsundets Järnväg) samt längs Kyrkvägen (som i sin ursprungliga sträckning gick från Gammelboning till Ockelbo). Leden är lättcyklad och består av en kombination av smalare vägar och stigar.

Från Brattfors kan man fortsätta 4 kilometer längs banvallen in till Ockelbo, när man lämnar banvallen är det cirka 2 kilometer längs asfalterad cykelväg till Ockelbo centrum. Precis när banvallen slutar och cykelbanan in mot Ockelbo centrum börjar ligger Mackgrillen / OKQ8 och längs vägen in till Ockelbo passeras bland annat Wij valsverk och Wij Trädgårdar. I centrum finns restauranger, café, mataffär, apotek m.m. I Jädraås finns även en bensinstation / kiosk med visst livsmedelssortiment.

BG 3 Brattfors - Jädraås is a 8 mile less popular easy route located near Ockelbo. This mountain bike only route can be used both directions and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route climbs 376 ft with a max elevation of 689 ft then descends -158 ft.
