Really fun trail for all rider levels, probably 10 -15 rolls that you can get as much air as your have courage & suspension.

The route is beautiful but would be much better ridden in the other direction. You miss all the woop-de-doos as currently shown and the downhill is moderately fun overall.

Why is this a blue trail?? There's some light tech at the top entrance. Otherwise, it's more like green with jumps

I just rode this today to compare it to the main entrance to Jackpine, and I agree that it's no more difficult than the main Jackpine entrance, which I feel is appropriately set as Blue Diamond.

There second half of this trail does have a lengthy section of shale, and a small rock-drop turn that is a little loose and might qualify as a black diamond feature, but the majority of the shale section is tightly-packed and rides fast; it is not by any means a slow, technical, steep, chunky descent.

I have no idea who would consider this a black diamond. The “extremely steep shale chute” is not steep nor a chute. It’s easily climbable. Everything on Watson is 1-2 ratings more difficult than it actually is

Fun little jumps! Some are a bit short and steep, ie flat landings, but a good time nonetheless

Uhm “extremely steep”?!! No, not even kinda slightly steep. Super easy and definitely shaley but not remotely black diamond.

Mt Wattson is being logged heavily. Much of the trail is un-ridable at this time. Take the fire road up to Ocelot and skip the lower sections of Angry Bear.
