Did this loop for the first time yesterday. Excellent tech loop in the West Valley! Really enjoyed it. Some trail signage would be great though for wayfinding purposes.

Works great to reach deadhead loop, also works great as an out and back with a fast techy downhill.

Trail Dead Head Pass Loop
Recent trail work has made this area better, just ride the outside loop. Drops, rock rolls and generally great tech!

Trail Down Periscope
I think this is one of the best rocky downhills in the west valley, trails in great shape and has some good views.

Trail Dead Head Pass Loop
Looks overgrown and forgotten. A winding hot mess at times. Used it to get to Highline from OH pass.

Trail El Guapo
Known locally as Highline no75, this is the hardest trail in the Lost Creek trail system, if you like slowish technical chunk like I do you will enjoy it. This one should be ridden downhill only, north to south. Keep your eyes open, wildlife abounds in this area including deer.

Trail El Guapo
First time on this one today - rode it uphill. I definitely do not recommend riding this one uphill, lol... I didn't notice that it's primarily ridden downhill per the description. Well, that's good recommendation. I was thinking, during my multiple HAB's, who on earth could climb this nasty beast? Guess I'll try it the other way next time and either revise or edit this comment!

Trail Down Periscope
Best to start up Petro ridge (hike up widow Maker, bike up Petro ridge, down Periscope) and then come down. Good technical downhill ride with mild exposure, can get some good speed, but it is rocky. I ride my aggressive hardtail on it just fine.

Trail Down Periscope
Rode this finish to start. Good climb. Had to hike a bike a couple times. Overall nice black. Nothing too out of control.
